Waste? Dump it just to burn their asse(t)s. You have to have something to work with in order to "Waste" it. What kind of people let their children hallucinate to "TV" for ALL HOURS while their pockets are getting picked for imaginary quantities and then say "Thanks for wasting my time. I enjoy pain."? People know. Ownership is a delusion...but something is rotten in Denmark. Half the people are broken and the kids never had anything to break. By 2080, everyone will have forgotten, so let it keep going...at least until all the guns are melted. Grow up.
